How do I cancel my booking?
To cancel a booking, go to "My Bookings" in your profile. Select the trip you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Booking". Please note that refunds depend on the property's cancellation policy.
Can I modify my reservation dates?
Yes, you can request a date change from your booking details page. If the new dates are available and the host accepts, your booking will be updated. Price differences may apply.
When will I be charged?
For most bookings, you are charged immediately upon confirmation. Some properties offer a "Pay at Property" option, which will be clearly labeled during checkout.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed immediately by our system, but it may take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the amount in your account.
How do I become a host?
It's easy! Sign in, go to your profile menu, and click "Become a Partner". Fill in your property details, upload photos, and submit for verification. Once approved, you can start accepting guests.
What are the fees for hosts?
Listing your property is free. We charge a small service fee (typically 3%) per booking to cover payment processing and platform support.
