Welcome to Soooper. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any other services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
Soooper acts as an intermediary platform that connects guests searching for accommodations with hosts who have properties to rent.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Keep your password secure and confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We verify identities for the safety of our community. You may be required to provide government-issued identification to book or list a property.
3. Bookings & Payments
Guests: When you book a listing, you are agreeing to pay all charges for your booking including the listing price, applicable fees (such as Soooper's service fee), and any taxes.
Hosts: Soooper charges a service fee for the use of the Platform, which is deducted from the booking payout. Payouts are processed 24 hours after the guest's scheduled check-in time.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies are set by the Host and are clearly displayed on each listing. Common policies include:
- Flexible: Full refund 1 day prior to arrival.
- Moderate: Full refund 5 days prior to arrival.
- Strict: 50% refund up to 1 week prior to arrival.
In the event of an extenuating circumstance (e.g., natural disaster), Soooper may override the Host's cancellation policy.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any commercial or other purposes that are not expressly permitted by these Terms.
- Copy, store, or otherwise access any information on the Platform for purposes not expressly permitted by these Terms.
- Discriminate against or harass anyone on the basis of race, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, age, or sexual orientation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Soooper is not liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure or the cost of substitute products or services.
