Hosts select one of the following policies for their listings. You can see the specific policy on the booking page before you pay.
Free cancellation until 24 hours before check-in.
Best for travelers with uncertain plans.
Full refund 5 days prior to arrival.
A balance between flexibility and commitment.
Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking.
For hosts with high demand properties.
Extenuating Circumstances Policy
We may be able to give you a refund if you have to cancel because of an unexpected circumstance that’s out of your control. Below is a list of circumstances covered by our policy:
- Changes to government travel requirements (e.g. visa issues).
- Declared emergencies and epidemics.
- Government travel restrictions.
- Military actions and other hostilities.
- Natural disasters.
Refund Processing Times
We send refunds immediately upon cancellation. However, the time it takes for the funds to arrive in your account depends on your payment method.
